  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, identity, networking, security, monitoring, and operational concepts.
  • Practical Kubernetes and container workflow experience, including Helm and production deployment patterns.
  • Experience with source control, build orchestration, artifact repositories, and tooling such as GitHub, Azure DevOps, TeamCity, and JFrog Artifactory, or equivalents.
  • Experience embedding security scanning, access controls, secrets management, and compliance requirements into delivery workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose complex cross-system issues and lead technical resolution under operational pressure.
  • Experience defining technical standards, documenting architecture decisions, and creating operational runbooks.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to explain technical risks and trade-offs in business terms.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools responsibly as part of routine engineering, automation, documentation, analysis, or troubleshooting activities.
