This is an opportunity to lead a DevOps squad responsible for keeping critical infrastructure reliable, scalable, secure, and ready to support rapid business growth.
You will manage a team of 4–8 engineers while remaining hands-on for approximately 40–60% of your time.
The role combines people leadership with deep technical involvement across infrastructure as code, CI/CD, observability, cloud platforms, and cost optimization.
You will own delivery, engineering quality, on-call operations, and incident response while helping engineers grow their careers.
You will also connect technical priorities to business objectives, balancing delivery speed with security, compliance, and operational risk.
Working in a fast-paced fintech environment, you will collaborate closely with engineering leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
This role is ideal for a technically strong DevOps leader who enjoys developing people, solving complex infrastructure challenges, and creating measurable business impact.
