Job Description

We’re looking for a DevOps Team Lead to join ONE ZERO’s Platform & Infrastructure group. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide our DevOps engineers, define our infrastructure roadmap, and ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of our production systems. Your Day-to-Day

Leadership & Strategy

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of DevOps engineers
• Set team priorities, define roadmaps, and ensure delivery timelines
• Establish best practices for infrastructure, deployment, and monitoring
• Align DevOps efforts with R&D and business objectives

Infrastructure & CI/CD

• Own production operations on AWS, ensuring high availability and security
• Design and evolve CI/CD pipelines with GitHub, ArgoCD, and Argo Workflows
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes (EKS) workloads using Helm
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code with Terraform
• Implement GitOps workflows and lead automation initiatives

Security & Operations

• Drive infrastructure security using WAF, IAM, and cloud security best practices
• Lead incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Automate tasks and workflows using Python and Bash
• Maintain compliance with banking regulations and internal policies

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Infrastructure roles
• 2+ years in a leadership or mentorship position within DevOps teams
• Deep knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), Terraform, and CI/CD tools
• Strong experience with GitOps tools (ArgoCD, Argo Workflows)
• Proficiency in Python and scripting for automation
• Experience with Helm and Kubernetes package management
• Solid understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, TLS) and cloud security
• Experience in fintech or regulated environments – a strong advantage
• Familiarity with AI-driven DevOps tools (AIOps) – an advantage
• Excellent communication skills and strong technical leadership presence
