As a DevOps Support Engineer, you will be part of a collaborative DevOps team that supports the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of our software delivery and automation tools. This role is primarily focused on support, maintenance, and learning.
You will help keep Continuous Integration/ Continuous Deployment systems running smoothly, assist with troubleshooting build and deployment issues, and support internal teams and customers by following established procedures. This position is ideal for someone early in their DevOps or IT career who is eager to learn modern DevOps practices and tools in a hands-on environment.
This role is designed as a growth position. With experience and mentoring, you will have opportunities to take on increased responsibility, contribute to automation development, and advance into a full DevOps or DevSecOps engineering role.
