Your contribution to something big:

Join an agile and international engineering team developing communication solutions for next-generation automotive systems. As a DevOps Software Developer, you will play a key role in improving the software development lifecycle by designing and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines, driving automation initiatives, and optimizing engineering processes. Working closely with software developers, Product Owners, and global teams, you will help ensure reliable, efficient, and high-quality software delivery while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and DevOps best practices.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines to automate software build, integration, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Ensure the reliability, efficiency, and security of CI/CD pipelines supporting both development and operational requirements.
  • Analyze existing development workflows and engineering processes, identifying opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with software developers, Product Owners, operations teams, and international colleagues to align tooling and processes with product goals.
  • Implement and promote Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and DevOps best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline, tooling, build, and deployment issues, ensuring stable and efficient development environments.
  • Contribute to software quality and delivery efficiency through peer reviews, knowledge sharing, and automation expertise.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

Education

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

Experience / Know-how

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong experience designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps and automation tools such as Jenkins, Git, Docker, and Python.
  • Solid understanding of Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and DevOps principles.
  • Experience with build, test, deployment, and release automation.
  • Good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience working in Agile development environments, preferably Scrum.
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving build, deployment, and integration issues.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, branching strategies, and code quality best practices.
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience optimizing software development workflows through automation.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional and international teams.
  • Knowledge of software quality practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience supporting development environments within a DevOps culture.
