What role you will play in our team

The DevOps Security Engineer, will work within a globally dispersed corporate information security team where you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and deploying cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines that support CyberArk’s Privileged Cloud and Secrets Manager offerings. Your work will directly impact product velocity, quality, and security.

What you will do

• Design and manage secure DevOps configuration management and CI/CD services (build, packaging, deployment).
• Harden cloud and on-prem environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and manage secrets using tools like CyberArk Privileged Cloud or CyberArk Secrets Manager.
• Build and maintain cloud deployment infrastructure and artifacts.
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve pipelines and product quality.
• Own the full lifecycle from development environments to production systems on AWS.
• Automate deployments using modern configuration and deployment management systems.
• Monitor logs and alerts for suspicious activity, respond to security incidents, and conduct forensic analysis
• Maintain security documentation and provide training to development and operations teams on secure coding and DevSecOps practices.

About you


Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer with hands-on cloud development and deployment
  • Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure
  • CI/CD Tools: Git, GitHub, Jenkins
  • IaC & Configuration Management: Terraform, Ansible
  • Operating Systems: Windows and Linux/Unix administration
  • Networking: Cloud networking and topology management
  • Programming & Scripting: Python, Groovy, Bash
  • Containers & Orchestration: Docker, ECS
  • Monitoring & Alerts: Experience with alerting and monitoring systems
  • Observability & Logging: DataDog (preferred),
  • Testing: Unit, integration, and system testing methodologies
  • Security Integration: DevSecOps, secrets management, secure deployment practices


Preferred Qualifications/ Experience

  • Experience with full application release cycles and secure deployment practices
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Creative troubleshooting and out-of-the-box thinking
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Decision-making with architectural and business awareness
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying current with cybersecurity trends.
  • Fluent in English with strong writing skills
