What You'll do:

- Own and evolve the Internal Developer Platform (IDP) strategy, including Golden Paths, engineering guardrails, and self-service developer capabilities;

- Define, govern, and promote enterprise-wide platform standards, CI/CD frameworks, and reusable platform services across all product teams;

- Design and operate Kubernetes-based platforms and cloud-native application environments at scale;

- Implement and maintain observability stacks and reliability practices (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, SLOs/SLAs, incident management);

- Drive DevSecOps practices including secrets management, vulnerability management, software supply chain security, and policy-as-code;

- Build and maintain reference architectures, platform documentation, and operational procedures;

- Monitor platform performance, reliability, capacity, and cost efficiency;

- Collaborate with development, operations, security, and architecture teams to ensure seamless workflows and alignment with enterprise standards;

- Lead platform adoption initiatives and support engineering teams in implementing best practices;

- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues across development, test, and production environments;

- Report to the Head of Software Development;

- Hybrid Work Model.

Who You Are:

- 8 to 10 years of experience in Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering;

- Proven track record defining enterprise-wide platform standards, CI/CD frameworks, and developer platform capabilities in large-scale environments;

- Strong experience with AWS and GitLab in enterprise contexts;

- Experience building and operating Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs) using tools such as Backstage, Crossplane, or similar frameworks;

- Experience designing Golden Paths, shared platform services, and self-service capabilities;

- Solid background in platform governance, DORA metrics, engineering KPIs, and developer productivity initiatives;

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
