Job Description

We’re looking for a Devops Manager who will play a pivotal role in the future of our company. As a Devops Manager, you will be responsible for deploying product updates, identifying production issues and implementing integrations that meet our customers' needs. Ultimately, you will execute and automate operational processes fast, accurately and securely.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding requirements and project KPIs.
• Implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure.
• Planning the team structure, activities, and involvement in project management activities.
• Managing stakeholders and external interfaces.
• Setting up tools and required infrastructure.
• Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes.
• Have the technical skill to review, verify, and validate the software code developed in the project.
• Monitoring the processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement and minimizing the wastage.
• Identifying and deploying cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management.
• Improve CI/CD tooling.
• Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of work experience in Devops Engineering.
• Experience using an array of automation tools.
• Strong knowledge of AWS.
• Strong Linux system administration background.
• Experience with container networking on Docker.
• Self-Motivated - able to work independently and be trusted to complete daily tasks.
• Analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with software security methods.
• Top-notch decision-making and collaborative abilities.
• Knowledge of Jenkins is required.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc. would be a plus.
