We are looking for an engineer who has experience of working on Cloud based technologies. A DevOps evangelist, who is passionate about automated CI/CD pipeline, Infrastructure as code and operational maturity. Someone familiar with data protection and supporting Critical applications.
his is a Hybrid position located at our Bangalore, India, development center. You will be required to be on-site 2 to 3 days per week. When you are not working on-site, you will be working from your home office. We are only considering candidates within a commutable distance to our Bangalore office and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.
About the Role :
• Own and execute DevOps operations including CI/CD pipelines, deployments, monitoring, and system patching while ensuring operational excellence.
• Build and maintain cloud infrastructure that enables engineering teams to rapidly deploy, run, and scale applications across AWS/GCP environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global engineering teams to design DevOps workflows, automation framework and test infrastructure.
• Drive system reliability by monitoring performance metrics, investigating root causes, and implementing solutions for resilience and availability.
• Provide documentation, POC development, knowledge sharing, and participate in on-call rotation for critical system support.
About You:
• 4-5 years of DevOps/SRE experience with strong proficiency in Python, Terraform, AWS/GCP, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, etc.)
• Hands-on expertise with cloud monitoring and observability platforms (CloudWatch, DataDog, AppDynamics) and solid understanding of networking and OS fundamentals.
• Systematic problem-solver with excellent communication skills who takes ownership, drives change, and influences architectural decisions from an operational reliability perspective.
• Self-starter who works effectively both independently and collaboratively, manages multiple project deadlines and makes informed decisions with limited information when needed.
• Data-driven professional who develops operational metrics, embraces culture change, promotes feedback loops and continuously learns from challenges to improve system stability.
