In this position

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Team Leader to bridge the gap between technical execution and team mentorship.

In this "player-coach" role, you will be responsible for building and grooming a high-performing infrastructure engineering team while remaining deeply involved in the code and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a DevOps / infrastructure engineering team
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure software infrastructure
• Drive best practices across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including version control, code reviews, testing, and deployment
• Support SW development and validation teams with tools for CI and automation
• Collaborate closely with software, QA, and product teams to enable fast and stable delivery

Requirements

• At least 7 years of hands-on software development experience in Python
• At least 3 years of team leadership or technical leadership experience
• Strong understanding of software automation design and best practices
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Git best practices (branching strategies, code reviews, CI integration)
• Proficiency in working with Linux
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
• Ability to balance hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities

Proven experience with:

• Jenkins (CI pipelines)
• Docker (containerization)
• Kubernetes (container orchestration)
• Elasticsearch
• AWS

Advantages

• Familiarity with the Yocto build system
• Experience designing infrastructure for high-availability or large-scale systems
• Experience with building and using AI agents for custom tasks
