They are seeking a highly technical DevOps Engineer who thrives in customer-facing environments and enjoys solving complex infrastructure challenges while collaborating closely with engineering and product teams.

We are looking for a high-impact DevOps Engineer who thrives at the intersection of infrastructure engineering and customer success. In this role, you will be the technical heart of our deployments, bridging the gap between complex cloud architecture and real-world business value. You will design scalable solutions, lead technical discovery, and build the mission-critical proofs-of-concept that drive our platform’s growth. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and translate complex business needs into actionable architecture.
• Build proofs-of-concept (POCs), live demos, and comprehensive technical documentation for customers and partners.
• Partner closely with the engineering team to ensure successful implementations and perfect product-market fit.
• Support pre-sales engagements by presenting technical capabilities and addressing deep-tier customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide expert guidance on infrastructure best practices.
• Gather direct customer feedback to influence the product roadmap and future feature sets.
• Deliver technical enablement sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs for enterprise clients.

Requirements

• Onsite presence in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, Solutions Engineering, or Cloud Engineering role.
• Deep technical expertise in modern infrastructure: Kubernetes, Docker, REST/GraphQL APIs, and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong scripting or programming proficiency (Python, Go, JavaScript, or similar).
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and pivot quickly within a fast-paced startup or enterprise environment.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with Identity and Access Management (OIDC, SAML, OAuth2).
• Solid understanding of networking protocols and VPN technologies (WireGuard, IPSec) or distributed systems.
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring stacks (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, etc.).
• Prior experience working with AI infrastructure, large-scale data platforms, or enterprise SaaS.
• Contributions to open-source projects or a track record of technical writing (blogs, documentation, etc.).
