We thrive at the intersection of innovation and impact, solving real-world problems with cutting-edge technology and bold thinking. Here, everyone has a voice, and every idea counts. Who We Are

In order to be the cybersecurity partner of choice, we must trailblaze the path and shape the future of our industry. This is something our employees work at each day and is defined by our values: Disruption, Collaboration, Execution, Integrity, and Inclusion. We weave AI into the fabric of everything we do and use it to augment the impact every individual can have. If you are passionate about solving real-world problems and ideating beside the best and the brightest, we invite you to join us!

We believe collaboration thrives in person. That’s why most of our teams work from the office full time, with flexibility when it’s needed. This model supports real-time problem-solving, stronger relationships, and the kind of precision that drives great outcomes.

Our engineering team is at the core of our products and is directly driven by the mission to protect our customers from sophisticated cyber threats. We continuously innovate to challenge traditional approaches to cybersecurity, building robust solutions that solve complex operational and security challenges for organizations worldwide. We look for engineers who thrive in dynamic environments, embrace technical challenges, and are motivated by the critical responsibility of securing our customers' digital assets.

As a DevOps Engineer within the Saturn group, you will manage our cloud security platform's infrastructure through advanced automation, robust CI/CD pipelines, and proactive security-as-code. This is a highly integrated role where you will balance core infrastructure management with active cross-functional collaboration alongside software engineering, product, and security peers. You will drive high availability through sophisticated monitoring, optimize cloud spend via FinOps tracking, and act as a first responder to systemic environment issues. Beyond traditional operations, you will directly contribute to our product’s capabilities, partnering with your team to ensure secure, high-scale environments and maintain shared platform stability.

Key Responsibilities

  • CI/CD Pipeline Ownership: Develop, optimize, and maintain our end-to-end CI/CD processes to ensure seamless, secure, and rapid code deployment.

  • Production Monitoring & Reliability: Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive production monitoring tools and observability processes to guarantee service uptime and peak system performance.

  • FinOps & Cost Optimization: Develop our FinOps tracking processes, actively monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing cloud infrastructure expenditures.

  • Incident Response: Serve as a foundational first responder to systemic environment and infrastructure issues, ensuring swift mitigation and root-cause resolution.

  • Product Capability Contribution: Collaborate directly with engineering teams to contribute to the product's actual capabilities, leveraging your infrastructure expertise to enhance the end-user experience.

  • Infrastructure Lifecycle: Lead infrastructure initiatives from conceptualization to integration, ensuring technical decisions align with long-term organizational goals.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience in a DevOps/Site Reliability Engineering role.

  • Cloud Expertise: Solid, hands-on experience building and managing cloud infrastructure within AWS

  • Software Engineering: Strong programming proficiency in Python for automation, tooling, and infrastructure scripting.

  • Agentic Coding: Experience with agentic coding methodologies or leveraging AI-driven development workflows and tools to accelerate automation and engineering tasks.

  • CI/CD Mastery: Proven expertise designing and maintaining CI/CD workflows using GitHub and Jenkins

  • Core Fundamentals: Solid proficiency in Linux administration, internals, and complex network troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Observability: Deep experience implementing and scaling DataDog for granular system performance, logging, and alerting.

  • Container Management: Practical experience building, troubleshooting, and optimizing containerized applications (Docker) within production environments.

  • FinOps Experience: Demonstrated tracking and optimization of large-scale AWS environments using cost-management tools like Umbrella

  • High-Scale Architectures: Proven experience building high-scale, multi-service production architectures and managing database infrastructure (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or ElasticSearch).

  • Mindset: An exceptionally collaborative approach, a strong commitment to task execution, and the ability to adapt quickly as a self-learner in a fast-paced environment.
