DevOps Engineer Orchestration
How do you help 8,000+ engineers work faster, smarter and with less manual effort?
Help shape the way engineers at Rabobank design, build and collaborate every day. As DevOps Engineer – Orchestration, you work on reusable workflows, integrations and automation capabilities for the Engineering Journey. You help build a scalable, consistent and developer-friendly platform that makes engineering journeys easier to offer and consume across the organisation.
As DevOps Engineer – Orchestration, you know the secrets of building reusable automation that helps engineers move with confidence. You develop workflows, integrations and orchestration patterns for the ANOW! platform, working closely with service providers, platform engineers and product owners.
You work in an area with 8 squads. One squad focuses on orchestration and workflow enablement. Together, you reduce manual work, improve engineering experiences and help teams across Rabobank use scalable automation patterns.
You also contribute to platform standardisation, scalability and maintainability.
By improving engineering practices and optimising workflows, you help create a platform that supports teams today and can grow with them tomorrow.

The teams of Engineering Journey helps engineers across Rabobank design, build and collaborate every day. Collaboration is our way of working; as one technical team within Rabobank. You work with service providers, platform engineers and product owners to make orchestration easier, more reusable and more scalable.
