Our team develops new products from the ground up, combining startup velocity with the scale, reach, and engineering excellence of monday.com

The team built workcanvas.com and workassets.ai, and continues to explore and launch new product ventures. As part of a small, exceptionally talented engineering group, you’ll play a key role in shaping the infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and operational standards behind these products and future initiatives.

This is a rare opportunity to help define the foundations of monday.com’s next wave of products and build the systems that enable rapid experimentation, reliable delivery, and secure growth

About The Role

You’ll work closely with software engineers and tech leads to design, build, and evolve the cloud infrastructure, developer workflows, and production environments that support multiple new product lines.

In this role, you will:

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure for new AI-native products
  • Own CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and developer environments to enable fast and safe delivery
  • Partner closely with engineers to improve developer velocity, reliability, observability, and operational excellence
  • Take full ownership of infrastructure from early design through production operations and monitoring
  • Help define infrastructure patterns, best practices, and standards across a growing portfolio of new products
  • Improve system performance, availability, and cost efficiency as products scale
  • Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes for production systems
  • Support engineering teams with automation, troubleshooting, and operational tooling

Our stack

  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Cloudflare
  • Node.js
  • TypeScript
  • PostgreSQL
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • Monitoring and observability tools
  • Modern AI/LLM infrastructure

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a DevOps, Platform, or Infrastructure Engineer
  • Strong technical skills and a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, systems, and production environments
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and release processes
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS
  • Strong knowledge of Linux environments, scripting, automation, and infrastructure-as-code
  • Experience with monitoring, alerting, logging, and troubleshooting distributed systems in production
  • Understanding of networking, security, access control, and best practices for application and infrastructure protection
  • Ability to balance speed and quality in a fast-moving, product-oriented environment
  • Strong communication skills, team mindset, and empathy
  • Passion for building infrastructure that helps teams move faster and supports products used by millions

Advantages

  • Experience supporting AI-native products or LLM-based systems
  • Experience with Cloudflare, PostgreSQL, and modern web application infrastructure
  • Familiarity with scalability, performance optimization, and cost management in cloud environments
  • Experience in startup-like environments, rapid prototyping, or 0-to-1 product teams
  • Experience building internal developer platforms or tooling that improves engineering productivity
