As a DevOps Engineer - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing secure IT systems that support business operations, confirming seamless network and server functionality. Within our Advisory - Other practice, you will integrate development, operations, and security practices to deliver secure and efficient software solutions. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will bridge the gap between development, operations, and security teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. You will be instrumental in minimizing software threats and validating secure, consistent, and efficient delivery of applications.

Responsibilities

- Leading the integration of development, operations, and security practices to enhance software delivery
- Managing the design and implementation of secure IT systems to support business operations and minimize downtime
- Overseeing the deployment and management of cloud infrastructure using tools like AWS CloudFormation and Azure DevOps Server
- Coordinating continuous integration and deployment processes to streamline software development
- Implementing security controls and incident management strategies to safeguard applications and data
- Utilizing tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and Jenkins to automate provisioning and configuration tasks
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address system reliability and performance issues
- Mentoring team members to develop their skills and encourage innovation in DevSecOps practices
- Analyzing system components to identify interactions and optimize performance
- Validating project planning, budgeting, and execution to meet client expectations and timelines

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
