DevOps Engineer – Context Awareness
As part of the Engineering Journey, you’ll help shape how 8,000+ engineers design, build, and collaborate every day. We’re building a scalable, consistent, and developer friendly platform, Nexa, and an ecosystem around it. Our Area consists of eight squads. One of the squads is responsible for context awareness. What problem does this squad primarily solve for engineering teams? Engineering teams across the Nexa ecosystem lack a reliable, standardized way to deploy, operate, and evolve a shared context capability. This role ensures that Context Awareness can be safely consumed by many products through stable pipelines, automation, and operational guardrails.
Create, maintain and optimize Azure DevOps pipelines
Connecting various data sources within the bank
Create intelligence & insights
Pragmatic delivery mindset; iterate quickly, favor simple solutions first, and refine with feedback.
Collaboration across boundaries; coordinate frontend/backend contract changes and keep shared API definitions aligned.
Observability mindset; adds clear logging and debuggability for async/data-sync flows.

Strong TypeScript skills across full stack, comfortably shares contracts via packages and consumes them in both backend/frontend
React/Vite architecture with functional components
Affinity with UX system implementation (Tailwind, Chadcn, Web Components)
Fastify API design with schema-first validation and docs (node.js, tRPC)
CI/CD tooling with Azure DevOps using Infrastructure as Code (yaml)
AWS containerized environments
Strong testing discipline, using tools like Vitest, Playwright, MSW
Affinity and/or experience AI, LLM and code generation
GraphQL fluency; understands both upstream and internal based calls (Apollo/Mercurius)
Data/infrastructure integration skills; handles Neo4j-backed flows and RabbitMQ-backed async workflows safely.
Auth/role flow knowledge; can work with OAuth token lifecycle and role switching
