We're looking for a mid-senior level DevOps Engineer who brings strong technical expertise and a proactive mindset to help build and evolve our cloud platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for the ongoing development, improvement, and operation of two strategic cloud platform products:

  • AWS Landing Zone – ensuring secure, compliant, scalable multi-account foundation for the organization

  • CloudNative Internal Development Platform – enabling frictionless, self-service application delivery on AWS and Kubernetes

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Mentor and guide less experienced engineers to increase their capability, confidence, and team contribution

  • Implement standardized solutions to ensure operational integrity, performance, and reliability of cloud and platform components

  • Build and maintain observability capabilities, including metrics collection, aggregation, and visualization; log collection, aggregation, and correlation; and event management and routing

  • Manage cloud inventory, capacity planning, and billing/tag governance

  • Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to resolve complex cross-platform issues

  • Develop, monitor, and leverage performance metrics for continuous improvement

  • Continuously optimize processes and evaluate new or existing tools for adoption

  • Build automation tools, scripts, and frameworks supporting scalability, monitoring, deployment, and management of largescale environments

  • Collaborate with application teams to implement standardized operational practices and provide hands‑on coaching to accelerate cloud operations maturity across the organization

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with active participation in ceremonies

  • Strong technical writing skills for documenting architectures, environments, and operational procedures

  • Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD technologies

  • Hands-on experience with AWS, EKS, ArgoCD, Grafana, Terraform, Crossplane (strong advantage)

  • Background in Linux/Unix system administration, networking fundamentals (DNS, HTTP, TCP/IP, routing, etc.), and relational databases including SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.

  • Understanding of automation practices across the development lifecycle

  • Experience with monitoring, telemetry, logging, reporting, dashboarding, and continuous delivery tooling

  • Strong technical foundation across operating systems, networking, performance management, load balancing, and security systems

  • Experience developing and maintaining business continuity and disaster recovery processes

  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level
