We are seeking a DevOps Engineerto help manage and scale our cloud-native infrastructure. This role combines infrastructure engineering and application support, with a strong focus on migrating legacy workloads to AWS EKS and supporting our Java-based application stack.
You will play an important role in ensuring our environments remain secure, compliant, and highly automated, while collaborating closely with developers and operations teams.
This role requires working in a shift schedule to support global operations (12:00 PM - 8 PM ART), including participation in an on-call rotation to maintain 24/7 production availability.
Assist with the migration of services from legacy environments (EC2 / on-premise)into Kubernetes (AWS EKS)
Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelinesusing ArgoCD and Helm, enabling reliable and repeatable deployments.
Implement and review security controlsaligned with best practices, including IAM least-privilege policies, encryption, and network security configurations
Work closely with Java developersto troubleshoot containerized applications and optimize performance of Magnolia CMS instances
Participate in a team on-call rotationto ensure the reliability and availability of production systems across multiple environments.
Develop and maintain Terraform modulesto provision and manage AWS infrastructure across Development, Staging, and Production environments
3+ years of experienceworking with AWS cloud services.
Strong experience with EKS, VPC networking, and core AWS infrastructure components.
Experience managing Kubernetes workloads.
Troubleshooting pods, deployments, and cluster issues.
Familiarity with Helm charts.
Hands-on experience with ArgoCDor similar GitOps continuous delivery tools.
Basic familiarity with Java application environments.
Exposure to tools such as Maven or Gradle.
Understanding of JVM tuning or application troubleshootingis a plus.
Experience using Terraformto provision and manage infrastructure.
Understanding of cloud security best practices.
Experience with encryption, IAM policies, and infrastructure hardening.
