As a DevOps engineer you are the bridge between infrastructure and development with us. You use your extensive experience in Kubernetes and software development to create a highly available, scalable platform under the paradigm of Infrastructure-as-Code.

tasks

• Design and maintenance of a modern cloud-based infrastructure in AWS under the premise of Infrastructure as Code (Kubernetes, Cloudformation)
• End-to-end ownership for the operation of the products developed by the development teams
• Monitoring and troubleshooting of system, infrastructure and network-related incidents (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
• Responsibility for the performance and availability of the infrastructure
• Ownership & operation of off-the-shelf software in the cloud (e.g. sonar, metabase, keycloak)

qualification

• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or SRE role
• Experience with cloud technologies in general, ideally AWS in particular
• Experience with container environments (Docker, K8s), CI tooling (Gitlab CI, Jenkins), automation (cloud formation) and scripts (Bash / Python / Javascript)
• Experience with logging and monitoring tools (ELK, Grafana, Prometheus)
• Enthusiasm for concepts such as Infrastructure as Code, Security as Code and Continuous Delivery
• Good knowledge of German (min B2)
• Team player with a high level of self-motivation and the ability to get to know new systems
• Analytical way of thinking, conceptual strength, high quality awareness and pronounced service orientation
