DevOps Engineer

Build, Automate, and Innovate

Are you passionate about designing, developing, and delivering reliable technology solutions? We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join a high-performing Agile team where collaboration, automation, and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything we do.

In this role, you'll work across the full application lifecycle, from design and development to deployment, support, and optimization. You'll partner with cross-functional teams, Product Owners, Architects, and fellow engineers to build solutions that deliver real business value.

What You'll Do

Application Development

• Design and develop technology solutions that support business objectives.
• Build and maintain database schemas, queries, and integrations.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
• Work with multiple squads to ensure solution quality and alignment.

Support and Operations

• Troubleshoot application, database, and production issues.
• Perform performance tuning and optimization activities.
• Support database deployments and ongoing maintenance.
• Contribute to system reliability, availability, and incident resolution.

Continuous Improvement

• Drive automation initiatives across build, deployment, and operational processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Champion DevOps best practices and knowledge sharing within the team.

What We're Looking For

Technical Skills

• Experience with Java, XML, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of Web Components (litElement, litHTML).
• Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, Ansible, and Docker.
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems and shell scripting.
• Experience with Finastra Corporate Channels and Trade Innovation 2.8+ is highly valued.
