We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated DevOps Engineer to play a key role in building and maintaining a modern DevOps ecosystem supporting our Temenos T24 (Transact) Core Banking Platform.
This role is focused on driving automation, streamlining software delivery, and implementing fully automated deployment processes across the entire application lifecycle. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and continuous improvements of GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, and integrations with Jira and Confluence, helping establish a scalable, secure, and efficient delivery framework for business-critical banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
Administer GitHub Enterprise, including repository management, branching strategies, security controls, and development standards.
Develop and implement automation solutions that reduce manual effort and increase deployment reliability.
Build and maintain a fully automated deployment framework for the Temenos T24 Core Banking System across Development, Test, UAT, and Production environments.
Integrate GitHub with Jira and Confluence to enable end-to-end traceability between requirements, development activities, releases, and documentation.
Collaborate closely with development, testing, infrastructure, and application teams to improve software delivery processes.
Enhance release management processes through automation and continuous improvement.
Implement monitoring, logging, and quality gates throughout the CI/CD lifecycle.
Ensure security, compliance, and operational excellence in alignment with banking industry standards and regulations.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
3+ years of experience in a DevOps, Platform Engineering, or similar role.
Strong hands-on experience with:
-GitHub Enterprise
-GitHub Actions
-CI/CD pipeline design and implementation
-Git workflows and branching strategies
Proven experience delivering automation solutions for enterprise applications.
Experience integrating SDLC tools, including:
-GitHub
-Jira
-Confluence
Strong Linux administration and scripting skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell, or similar).
Experience with containerization technologies such as Openshift.
Understanding of DevOps, Change Management, and Release Management practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
