Job Description

About Huzzle

At Huzzle, we connect exceptional talent with top opportunities at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Our clients include startups, digital agencies, and tech platforms in industries such as SaaS, MarTech, FinTech, and AI infrastructure.

Unlike a traditional outsourcing agency, we place professionals directly with clients where they become valued in-house team members, contributing to long-term growth and innovation.

Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a proactive, high-ownership DevOps Engineer to serve as the technical backbone of our infrastructure. In this role, you aren’t just managing a queue; you are the primary technical point of contact for the internal team, responsible for ensuring our systems remain fast, stable, and scalable. You will have deep ownership over a production stack, balancing "first responder" troubleshooting with strategic optimization projects. If you are a self-directed engineer who thrives on solving complex puzzles and building robust cloud environments, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design scalable, secure, and high-performance infrastructure solutions.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions to translate complex business needs into actionable technical architecture.
  • Build and deliver high-impact proofs-of-concept (POCs), technical demos, and comprehensive documentation for partners.
  • Partner closely with the engineering team to ensure successful product implementations and a seamless "product-market" fit.
  • Support pre-sales engagements by presenting technical capabilities and addressing deep-dive architectural requirements.
  • Troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide expert guidance on infrastructure best practices.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback and contributing directly to product roadmap discussions.
  • Deliver technical enablement sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs for enterprise clients.

About the company

Our client is a fast-growing SaaS company providing a comprehensive, mission-critical platform for elite brands in the fitness, wellness, and personal care industries. Their intelligent software suite integrates a powerful CRM, automated marketing engines, and white-labeled mobile applications to streamline operations for high-growth studios, spas, and salons. By leveraging autonomous AI agents and unified communication tools, they help businesses scale rapidly, enhance member engagement, and drive measurable revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, Solutions Engineering, or Cloud Engineering role.
  • Deep technical expertise in modern infrastructure: Kubernetes, Docker, REST/GraphQL APIs, and CI/CD workflows.
  • Solid scripting or programming proficiency in Python, Go, JavaScript, or a similar language.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Relentless "owner" mentality with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in high-traffic production environments.
  • Background in performance tuning for relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipeline automation.
