Job brief

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to help in executing the full lifecycle of the product development, by programming well-designed, efficient, and testable code that meets specifications.

Responsibilities

• Implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to automate software build, testing, and deployment processes. This involves configuring and managing build servers, version control systems, and release management tools.
• Designing, provisioning, and managing infrastructure resources using tools like Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet). Automating the setup and configuration of servers, networks, and storage.
• Implementing monitoring solutions to track the performance, availability, and security of systems and applications. Setting up alerts and notifications for potential issues and incidents. Analyzing monitoring data to identify trends, performance bottlenecks, and areas for optimization.
• Leveraging cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) to architect, deploy, and manage scalable and reliable systems. Understanding cloud service offerings, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Implementing security best practices and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS). Managing access controls, encryption, vulnerability scanning, and security incident response.
• Managing and automating the configuration of software and infrastructure components. Using tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet to maintain consistent and standardized environments across development, testing, and production.
• Develops documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clean code to explain and show solutions.
• Determines and designs system specifications, standards, and programming to prepare and install solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in Cloud Hosting and Server Management (1 Year)
• Experience in GitHub Action
• Experience in Azure, AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean, or Linode
• Able to effectively and quickly adopt new technology
• Good communication skills
