About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining, optimizing, and expanding our infrastructure. You will work closely with software developers, the deployment team, and other IT staff to manage code releases, automate workflows, and ensure the availability, reliability, and scalability of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS), including provisioning, scaling, monitoring, and security.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Kubernetes (K8s) clusters and containerized workloads.
• Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Design, implement, and manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to support automated deployment and testing.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools using Python and Bash.
• Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot Linux-based production environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve system scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Implement and maintain security best practices across cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor system health, perform capacity planning, and proactively address performance issues.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
• Stay current with emerging DevOps technologies and industry best practices.



Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8S)
• Experience administering Linux
• Proficiency in Python for automation, scripting, and operational tooling
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (AWS CloudFormation or Terraform).

Advantages:

• Experience with Docker and containerization technologies.
• Strong understanding of Git and modern version control workflows.
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible is an advantage.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as DataDog, Grafana is an advantage.
• Familiarity with cloud security best practices and infrastructure hardening.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
