Build and deployment stages

Knowledge of build deployment Knowledge on shell, perl

Experience in Jenkins like CI/CD tools CI/CD Pipeline, GitHub actions

Experience on any Cloud Platform Azure

Any scripting knowledge ANT, Bash, Ansible scripting

Any ticketing tool experience Jira, Service Now

Experience in code repositories GitHub, Perforce

Middleware

Experience in WebSphere Application Server, JBoss, WebLogic, WebSphere MQ, SDK,Tuxedo Performance tuning

Product Installation, Patch upgrades, configuration, troubleshooting Automation scripting

Backup and restore operations

Knowledge of deployment of web applications

Basic knowledge Oracle DB client, server operations Oracle Reports

Operating Systems

Basic knowledge on OS HW/SW (Unix,AIX,Solaris,Linux) Troubleshooting OS library dependent issues

Infrastructure operations to know OS version, Resources Software Bit mode identification

User/Group/File system management

Server housekeeping activities (patching, logs rotation)

Troubleshooting performance issues

Basic networking troubleshooting

Observability & monitoring

Experience in observability and monitoring tools Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Tempo, Prometheus, Alloy

Dashboards and alerting config Scrape configs, exporters, alloy pipelines

Operations

Prepare and execute tech stack upgrades CMDB knowledge

Rebasing of code GitHub, Perforce

Proactive tracking of EOL-EOS for all the technology/software/Infrastructure Finastra GPP product knowledge

Knowledge/experience in Financial technology domain Payment domain preferred

Documentation of procedures/troubleshooting Knowledge of SharePoint

Availability of 24*7 production support

Professional

Collaborate closely with all stakeholders at different levels

Should be able to work independently and a team player at the same time along with ability to groom junior/new comers in the team.

Must have good communication skills (written and verbal)

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
