Key Responsibilities

• Support and adapt to
  organizational DevOps culture and best practices
• Implement and maintain CI/CD
  pipelines, automation workflows, and integration activities
• Contribute to different
  stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) when required
• Monitor system performance,
  availability, and operational health
• Support L1/L2 teams in
  technical incident management and issue resolution
• Perform troubleshooting,
  implement workarounds, and support bug fixing activities to ensure SLA
  compliance
• Participate in System
  Integration Testing and deployment activities
• Follow DevSecOps practices to
  ensure secure and reliable deployments
• Collaborate with development,
  QA, and infrastructure teams to improve delivery efficiency
• Maintain technical
  documentation related to deployments, configurations, and operational
  procedures

Person Specifications

• Bachelor's degree in
  Telecommunication, Computer Science, IT, Systems/Networking, or related
  field
• 2+ years of
  experience in DevOps, Networking, IT, or Telecommunications
• Good understanding of
  systems, networking, software fundamentals, and DevOps concepts
• Experience with CI/CD tools
  such as Jenkins, SonarQube, Docker, Kubernetes, and SCM tools
• Familiarity with UNIX/Linux
  operating systems
• Basic scripting knowledge in
  Bash, Python, Ansible, or Terraform
• Familiarity with monitoring
  and logging tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
• Exposure to cloud platforms
  such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is an advantage
• Basic understanding of
  DevSecOps, system security, and database management
• Good analytical,
  troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills
• Understanding of Agile and
  Scrum practices
