We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain DefSecIntel’s cloud and infrastructure ecosystem, ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable operations across software, hardware, and deployment environments.

What you will be doing:

• Design and manage DefSecIntel’s cloud infrastructure end-to-end

• Own cost optimization, patching, version updates, cybersecurity, and backups

• Set up and guide developers in managing CI/CD pipelines to automate software building, testing, and deployment

• Desing, implement and administer physical (our products) and virtual infrastructure.

• Administer Linux-based servers and database infrastructure for internal and external applications

• Manage network configurations and security best practices

• Continuously monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues before they affect operations

• Implement logging and monitoring solutions to ensure system health and availability

• Deploy and manage applications using Docker for containerized environments

• Manage and maintain development/test environments with emphasis on real hardware setup and integration

What we are looking for:

• Previous professional experience designing and managing cloud services across organization (Azure preferred)

• Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation tools like Ansible, Chef, or Terraform

• Strong track record building CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments (GitLab preferred)

• Expertise in Docker for containerization and deployment

• Strong Linux administration skills

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in distributed systems

Nice to Haves:

• Previous professional experience working with physical products, IoT or equivalent

• Previous professional experience working in a data-driven environment

• Experience with orchestration tools like Kubernetes or Docker Swarm

• Experience with networking

• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana

• Exposure to working with manufacturing or embedded systems environments
