The DevOps Engineer is an important member of the engineering organization responsible for supporting reliable, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure and deployment automation. This role partners closely with Software Engineering teams to improve CI/CD pipelines, manage infrastructure as code, and enhance the operational maturity of Faro Health’s cloud-native SaaS platform.
This position is ideal for an engineer who enjoys solving infrastructure and automation challenges, improving developer productivity, and contributing to modern DevOps practices across Azure, GCP, and AWS environments.

Salary range for this position is $145,000 to $175,000 per year.
Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training
In addition to this position’s salary (listed above), equity will be a major component of the total compensation for this position. We aim to offer higher-than-average equity compensation for a company of our size, and communicate equity amounts at the time of offer issuance.
