Job Description

We are searching for an experienced DevOps to join our Cloud Operations - Delivery team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in scaling and supporting our AWS cloud-native platform, ensuring secure, scalable, and highly available systems. This role demands a strong grasp of AWS, automation, and system reliability, along with a forward-thinking approach to DevSecOps and AI-driven cloud operations.

• Design, deploy, and manage AWS infrastructure for cloud-native applications and data pipelines.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Ensure robust security practices, including IAM, access control, and compliance.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for system reliability and observability.
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimizing system performance and resilience.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives across AWS resources.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams for seamless deployments and operations.
• Contribute to automation initiatives, leveraging AI-driven operational workflows.
• Stay updated with emerging DevSecOps tools and practices.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, preferably with AWS cloud-native platforms.
• Hands-on expertise in AWS cloud services, including compute, networking, storage, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native and event-driven architecture patterns.
• Proficiency in DevSecOps principles, integrating security into CI/CD and infrastructure.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and monitoring tools (CloudWatch).
• Understanding of IAM roles, permissions, and cloud security best practices.
• Experience in cost optimization and performance tuning in AWS environments.
• Working knowledge of Docker/container-based deployments and basic scripting skills (Python/Bash).
• Exposure to data platforms, data pipelines, and ETL workflows is preferred.
