Responsibilities & Contribution

At H56, we are developing and implementing cutting-edge software solutions for the offshore drilling industry. We know that this might not sound like the sexiest thing in the world, but we promise, this is not your typical oil and gas position. As a testament to this, what we have delivered so far, has been so well received by our users, that we are now in a situation where we need to deliver our products at scale.

You will join our team of software and support engineers where your focus will be on bringing our software products into production. You will take part in building and documenting our deployment pipelines to ensure stable, secure, and maintainable production and development environments in Azure and Azure DevOps.

It will also be expected of you to do hands-on coding tasks. The team has a flat, low-key, and fun work environment, where you will be able to bring your opinions and skills to life and build your own future. We also expect you to join our 24/7 software support service on a rotational basis.

Required Qualifications

• Setting up and managing Azure Resources

• DotNet (c#) programming and Blazor server application development.

• Building YAML CI/CD deployment scripts and setting up automated pipelines

• Configuration and deployment of new production environments

• Perform final commissioning of new deployments

• Define and build our hosting infrastructure

• Develop software to optimize configuration and deployment

• Setup site monitoring and alarms

Desired Qualifications

• Certification in any technology is a plus (e.g. Azure, Linux, Microsoft)
