  • Automate the build, test, deploy lifecycle using tools such as Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
  • Collaborate with software development teams to enable reliable deployments, smooth roll-outs, and rollback strategies.
  • Monitor and tune application performance, infrastructure health, and system stability; introduce observability (metrics, logs, tracing).
  • Work in an Agile-DevOps environment: story refinement, sprint cadence.
  • Ensure security, scalability, availability, and cost-efficiency of the infrastructure.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other engineers, fostering growth and knowledge sharing.
  • Assist in incident investigation and root-cause analysis when production issues arise; drive continuous improvement.

YOU ARE

  • 8+ years of software development or cloud engineering experience.
  • Experience implementing CodeQL and other GitHub Advanced Security tools.
  • Experience implementing Agentic CI/CD and MCP servers.
  • Experience leading DevOps initiatives or driving platform engineering strategies.
  • Exposure to multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP) is a plus.
  • Certifications such as Azure DevOps Engineer or Azure Solutions Architect.
  • Experience with observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Application Insights, Log Analytics) and logging/tracing.

YOU HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or a related software engineering role.
  • Proficient in one or more programming/scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, C#, Bash).
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (services such as App Services, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Kubernetes, Azure SQL, Synapse, etc.).
  • Strong experience building CI/CD pipelines and release automation (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM/Bicep, or similar).
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Solid understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with Agile software development practices and working in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to work across geographies (on-shore/off-shore).
