Job Description

As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll help keep the business moving by making sure our platforms are reliable, scalable, and easy for teams to ship on. You’ll sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and operations, turning good ideas into safely deployed software across multiple regions.

You’ll spend your time improving how we build, deploy, and run our systems, automating where it makes sense, jumping in when things go sideways, and continuously raising the bar on stability, security, and delivery.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate and improve AWS environments across multiple regions (AU, US, UK), with exposure to Azure infrastructure.
  • Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines using TeamCity and Octopus Deploy for .NET, Node, Lambda, and containerised services.
  • Manage ECS and Lambda deployments, infrastructure capacity, and environment health across Dev, Staging, and Production.
  • Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform and automation tooling.
  • Maintain and extend monitoring, observability, and alerting, and respond to production incidents through on-call.
  • Partner closely with engineering and product teams to support delivery, troubleshoot issues, and guide infrastructure decisions.

About you

  • Strong experience in a DevOps or Infrastructure role supporting multi-environment applications (.NET and/or Node).
  • Hands-on experience with AWS core services, with some exposure to Azure.
  • Solid background in CI/CD, including building, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex pipelines.
  • Confident using Terraform, scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash), and SQL for operational work.
  • Comfortable working across Windows and Linux production environments.
  • Calm, curious, and collaborative, someone who enjoys solving problems and making delivery smoother for everyone
