Duties and responsibilities
Build, maintain, and automate CI/CD pipelines using GitLab
Support containerized and virtualized environments across OpenShift and Kubernetes clusters
Monitor, troubleshoot, and document infrastructure and deployment processes
Collaborate with developers and team members to streamline build, deployment, and release processes
Requirements and skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
1-5 years of previous experience
Good understanding of or experience with Linux-based environments and networking
Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD concepts
Interest or hands-on exposure to containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes/OpenShift)
Familiarity with version control (Git)
Eagerness to learn modern DevOps tools and practices
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills
Additional skills:
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Ansible, Terraform)
Understanding of secure deployment practices and the OWASP Top 10
