AMO and On-Prem Infrastructure and 2nd Level Support and On-Call
Manage and optimize On-Prem infrastructure, including networking, governance, and compliance
Write and debug scripts in PowerShell, Python, and Bash to automate tasks and streamline system administration
Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications
Support and maintain existing CI/CD pipelines and contribute to automation and deployment improvements using Jenkins and GitLab
Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues, ensuring high availability and reliability
Adhere to security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Document processes, configurations, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base
Ensure stable operation of production and non-production environments through monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, and continuous service improvement
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring incidents
Support change, incident, and problem management processes in accordance with operational standards and best practices
What should you bring along
University Degree or Advanced Diploma in a Software Engineering related discipline, preferably in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Comprehensive understanding of enterprise infrastructure, including servers, virtualization, networking, storage, security configurations, and access management
At least 2+ years’ proven experience working with On-Prem infrastructure
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a dynamic environment
