What should you bring along
University Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an operational role is required
Any previous operational experience with Salesforce, MuleSoft or ETL will be a plus
Comprehensive knowledge of ITSM (IT Service Management) and ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and experience applying them to IT service management processes
Experience in troubleshooting, problem management, and communication, contributing to the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure
Detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage and resolve technical issues while ensuring the integrity of our systems and data
Proven expertise in problem management, addressing recurring issues with effective, long-term solutions
A strong focus on maintaining data accuracy, consistency, and reliability through regular audits and validations
The ability to quickly identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues, minimizing operational disruptions.
A technical mindset with the capability to analyze code, interpret log files, and monitor performance metrics like latency and response times
Proficiency in proactive system monitoring and setting up alerts using tools such as Splunk
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively and support root cause identification and resolution.
