Currently we are looking for an exceptional and passionate DevOps Automation Engineer - Junior to support our infrastructure DevOps team. The role involves manually validating internally developed infra code in lab environments and automating test suites once stable.

As a Cognyter you will:

• Perform manual testing of infrastructure-related code and features in lab environments.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases for stabilized features.
• Collaborate with DevOps engineers to validate integrations, deployments, and system behavior.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and document issues across network, OS, and CI/CD components.
• Contribute to improving test coverage, reliability, and automation efficiency. 

Requirements

For that mission you need:

• 2-4 years' experience with Linux and multi‑OS environments.
• Scripting skills in Bash and Python.
• Exposure to Kubernetes / OpenShift, containers (Docker/LXC), and configuration tools like Ansible
• Good understanding of networking: DNS, TCP, DHCP, Firewalls, VPNs.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins).

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of network security (IPsec, NAT, Layer 7 filtering, ACLs).
• Strong debugging skills and a detail‑oriented, proactive mindset.
