At PwC, our people in infrastructure focus on designing and implementing robust, secure IT systems that support business operations. They enable the smooth functioning of networks, servers, and data centres to optimise performance and minimise downtime.
Those in DevSecOps at PwC will focus on minimising software threats by integrating development, operations and security industry leading practices in order to validate secure, consistent and efficient delivery of software and applications. You will work to bridge the gap between these teams for seamless and secure application and software development.

Examples of the skills, knowledge, and experiences you need to lead and deliver value at this level include but are not limited to:
Scope of the role
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions/Workflows
• Support and troubleshoot build, deployment, and runtime issues across application pipelines and environments
• Apply strong infrastructure fundamentals (compute, networking, storage, cloud services) to support deployment and troubleshooting activities
• Drive automation of manual processes, reducing operational overhead and improving reliability and scalability
Required skills
• DevOps / CI/CD exp
erience (Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions/Workflows) – pipeline design, YAML configuration, and deployment automation
• Strong experience with containerization and Kubernetes (AKS preferred), including hands-on helm and troubleshooting using kubectl
• Strong Linux administration experience (support, troubleshooting, CLI-based operations)
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and general infrastructure fundamentals (compute, networking, storage)
• Strong problem-solving mindset with ownership mentality (proactive, not ticket-driven), including different troubleshooting levels
• Available for occasional on-call support (infrequent, situational)
Nice to have skills
• Experience with DevSecOps practices (e.g., static analysis, container/image scanning in pipelines)
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform or equivalent)
• Experience with automation/orchestration tools (e.g., Harness or similar platforms)
• Prior application development experience (any language; .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript beneficial)
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, workflow automation tools)
• Experience supporting application platforms or DevOps pipelines in enterprise environments
