Job Description

Key Roles

Device Engineering management and Enhance Device Engineering capability to drive. .

  1. Performance management for staffs through KPI management
  2. Organization, job assignment balance and talent development for Engineering team.
  3. Yield Improvement and quality improvement
  4. Process improvement for Cost reduction and/or Cycle time reduction
  5. Process robustness for stable production
  6. New product implementation and new technology development
  7. Various projects management such as operation excellence (capacity expansion, cost improvement, cycle time reduction), new technology development and new product implementation
  8. Support factory strategy development for future growth and propose to stakeholders as engineering management.

Key Relationship

Direct reports to: Device Engineering, Sr Manager

Other Key relationship: Aizu internal managers, Global Engineering team.

Responsibilities

  1. Beat department KPI goals to contribute factory KPI goals achievement.
  2. Deliver the commitment (such as schedule and performance) to gain stakeholders’ royalty.
  3. Report projects and/or task progress to stakeholders regularly
  4. Develop organization and talent to enhance Device team’s capabilities.
  5. Work with engineers closely to maximize their engineering output.
  6. Develop good relationship with stakeholders and internal/external peers.

Requirement

  1. Experience at semiconductor industry, especially Device engineering or Process Integration over 10years.
  2. Experience of technology development, product engineering and/or process engineering (or equivalent role)
  3. Business English skill (TOEIC 600)
  4. University degree or above
  5. Preferred experience at foreign company
  6. Leadership skill,
