We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven Development Operations Coordinator who enjoys creating efficient systems, managing fundraising data, and supporting a collaborative team. What You'll Do
As the Development Operations Coordinator, you'll serve as the operational backbone of our Development and Communications team by ensuring our fundraising systems, donor database, reporting, and stewardship processes run smoothly.
In this role, you will:
- Manage and maintain our Salesforce donor database, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Process charitable gifts and oversee donor stewardship operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual fundraising reports and financial reconciliations.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that support fundraising strategy and decision-making.
- Analyze donor engagement and giving trends to identify opportunities for donor retention and growth.
- Support annual fundraising campaigns and Advancement Committee initiatives.
- Conduct prospect research and prepare donor briefings.
- Coordinate invitation lists, mailing lists, and campaign data.
- Support grant tracking and reporting activities.
- Help plan donor and organizational events, including logistics and materials.
- Develop and maintain internal procedures and documentation for development operations.
- Assist with department administration, budgeting, and expense tracking.
- Collaborate closely with members of the Development and Communications team to advance Plummer's mission.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to help a mission-driven organization succeed.
Qualified candidates will have:
- 1–5 years of experience in development operations, fundraising administration, nonprofit operations, or a related field.
- Experience with Salesforce or another fundraising CRM/database.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Compensation
Annual Salary: $55,325 - $62,500
Hourly Equivalent: $26.60 - $30.07 per hour
This is a full-time, FLSA-non-exempt position. While non-exempt employees are eligible for overtime pay, the salary range reflects Plummer Youth Promise's commitment to offering competitive compensation that recognizes experience, skills, and internal equity.
