Property looks after one of Australia’s most dynamic portfolios. With an extensive footprint of over 1,800 retail outlets nationally, we’re growing every day. Our team manages every one of these locations, and we work together with our business units on all thing’s property, from site acquisition through to asset management.
Reporting to the State Development Manager, you'll be empowered to deliver a wide range of retail focussed projects within a significant pipeline of new Coles stores.

• Provide strategic direction and manage end to end the development of projects
• Partner with varied internal and external stakeholders including builders, consultants, Council bodies
• Monitor performance of projects to ensure time cost and quality are managed.
We’re looking for a proactive and ambitious professional with 3+ years of experience in property and construction as a Development Manager.
With qualifications in the Building and Construction industry, you'll have a strong background delivering multiple projects and developments across retail/commercial sectors.
• Strategic and lateral thinking to solve problems and identify solutions.
• Demonstrated knowledge of project management software.
• Sound financial acumen and commercial management skills.
• Demonstrated experience in planning and permit processes.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
