The Opportunity
Working directly alongside the President, you won't simply be managing project tasks you'll be involved in the commercial business decisions that shape each development.

You'll have a genuine seat at the table, participating in high-level development meetings, investment discussions and strategic decision-making alongside experienced industry leaders. It's the type of exposure that's difficult to find within larger development organizations, where responsibilities are often more siloed.

From acquisition through construction, you'll play an integral role in evaluating opportunities, managing project delivery and ensuring developments remain commercially successful throughout every stage of the lifecycle.

If you have progressive experience working on residential development projects and have strong financial modelling, pro forma and feasibility analysis skills, along with understanding of development processes.
