About the role:
We are looking for 2Development Managersto join ourMelbourne Developmentteam, working on both current and planned projectsin theapartmentsspaceReporting to the Senior Development Manager,you will play a key role in executing on the business plan.Your key responsibilities will include:
Lead the execution of development projects in line with the agreed business plan
Manage the end-to-end development lifecyclefrom brief preparation through to delivery
Ensure developments achieve strong commercial outcomes while balancing quality and delivery objectives
Effectively manage and balance a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across development, design, delivery, and sales
Identifyand manage risks, issues, and opportunities throughout the development lifecycle
Maintaina high levelof stakeholder engagement and communication to support approvals, delivery, and project success
About You:
You will have a proven ability to lead complex projects with excellent planning&problem-solvingskills You will also have:
7+ years’ experience in development – ideally withexperiencein large scale apartment projects or mixed-use precincts
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Adaptable, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes.
Tertiary qualification in Property,Construction, orrelated field.
