Key Responsibilities

on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

· Prepare and monitor
project budgets, cost plans, tenders, and financial reporting.

· Identify and manage
development risks, ensuring compliance with planning legislation, statutory
approvals, and contractual obligations.

· Build strong
relationships with councils, authorities, consultants, and internal teams
including Finance, Legal, Operations, and Asset Management.

· Drive sustainable and
community-focused outcomes aligned with Eureka’s ESG strategy.

About You

· Proven experience delivering medium-to-large
scale property development projects from inception through to completion.

· Strong understanding of planning frameworks,
development approvals, construction processes, and contract management.

· Demonstrated financial acumen with experience
managing project budgets, feasibility models, and cost control.

· Excellent stakeholder management and
negotiation skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external
parties.

· Strong project management capability with the
ability to manage competing priorities and timelines effectively.

· A collaborative and solutions-focused
approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.

· Experience working across residential,
retirement living, or community-focused developments will be highly regarded.

Why Join Eureka?

· Opportunity
to contribute to meaningful projects that create positive community impact.

· Work
within a collaborative, values-driven organisation experiencing significant
national growth.

· Exposure
to diverse development projects across a growing property portfolio.

· Supportive
leadership team with opportunities for professional growth and career
progression.

· Competitive
remuneration package and flexible working environment.
