Are you our new Development Manager?
The Development Manager is a senior technology leader responsible for driving engineering excellence, ensuring end‑to‑end delivery, and maintaining the operational stability of our digital products and platforms. This role ensures strong alignment across software development, infrastructure, and IT service management.
As we are in the midst of a significant IT‑modernization journey, we expect this leader to play a key role in shaping our future ways of working—particularly in modern engineering practices and the effective use of AI to elevate the productivity and impact of our development teams.
The ideal candidate combines deep technical credibility with strong organizational leadership. They champion modern engineering practices, promote high‑velocity delivery through agile methodologies and automation, and ensure that mature ITIL processes support stable and predictable operations.
