Job Summary

The Development Lead in Advanced RPA will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing software robots that automate repetitive tasks to enhance business efficiency. This position involves guiding development teams to ensure optimal solutions are aligned with customer requirements while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze As-Is Processes And Conduct Detailed Assessments Of Functional And Business Requirements To Inform The Design Of Rpa Solutions.
2. Participate In The Preparation Of To-Be Solutions By Collaborating With Stakeholders To Define Automation Objectives And Outcomes.
3. Design, Prepare, And Execute Unit Tests Using Rpa Tools To Ensure The Reliability And Effectiveness Of Automated Processes.
4. Develop And Optimize Code For Rpa Solutions, Providing Guidance To The Development Team To Ensure Adherence To Best Practices And Coding Standards.
5. Validate Project Modules Developed By The Team Through Rigorous Testing And Quality Assurance Processes Before Final Review.
6. Apply In-Depth Knowledge Of Advanced Rpa And Agentic Ai To Maintain And Enhance One Or More Technology Areas, Ensuring Continuous Improvement And Innovation In Automation Solutions.
7. Create Software Design Documents (Sdd) To Provide A Technical Overview Of The Implemented Solutions And Facilitate Knowledge Sharing Among The Development Team.

2. Proficiency In Software Development And Coding Practices Relevant To Automation Solutions.
