Location: Seattle (Hybrid to start with and onsite contracting/Full time)
HERS Advisors is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Development Lead to guide a dynamic team of developers in delivering scalable, high-performance applications with one of Seattle's top travel companies. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ADO development, .NET, and Angular, along with hands-on experience in Azure Cloud, Dynatrace, AKS, and VM infrastructure. This role requires strong leadership, cross-cultural collaboration, and a passion for driving technical excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor a team of developers across multiple geographies and time zone
• Providing technical guidance, ensuring the use of best practices, and setting code in standards for the team
• Architect, design, and implement enterprise-grade solutions using .NET and Angular
• Leading code reviews, identifying and resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring the
quality and stability of the software
• Oversee development workflows using Azure DevOps (ADO), including CI/CD pipelines, repositories, and work item tracking
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines,
and deliverables
• Monitor application performance and reliability using Dynatrace and proactively address
issues
Required Skills & Experience:
• Strong proficiency in .NET and Angular frameworks
• Deep knowledge of software development methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for project and pipeline management
• Solid understanding of Azure Cloud services, including AKS and VM provisioning
• Experience with Dynatrace for application monitoring and performance tuning
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate in multi-cultural, distributed teams
