We are looking for an Electrical Engineer with a strong focus on electrical design to strengthen our Manufacturing Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems as well as supporting production and test environment development within UPS manufacturing plant.
Key Responsibilities:
Electrical Design
- Design electrical systems, schematics, and implementations
- Perform component and cable sizing
- Participate in electrical calculations (e.g., load calculations, voltage drop, short circuit and arc flash energy calculations)
- Develop technical solutions to support production needs
Testing and Commissioning
- Design and develop test solutions and test setups
- Specify, develop, and commission test equipment
- Create test plans and test instructions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production and testing
Documentation and Instructions
- Produce electrical design documentation
- Prepare work instructions and test procedures
- Develop user manuals and training materials
Maintenance and Continuous Improvement
- Develop and maintain electrical and test systems
- Improve production and testing processes
- Participate in investment and development projects
- Support the introduction of new technologies and solutions
Safety and Compliance
- Ensure and improve electrical safety practices
- Follow relevant standards and regulations (e.g., IEC / SFS)
- Participate in risk assessments and safety development
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
