Development Engineer - Hardcoating

In Shanghai, China

EXCITING ASSIGNMENTS

• Involved in Project Development activities at Plansee Shanghai and reporting to Head of Development
• Supporting project managers of various large-scale development activities
• Conducting tests and trials for process, material, technology projects
• Self-sufficient working on tasks and report generation for presentation and evaluation
• Preparation of standards, specifications, transfer to production
• Supporting investment activities with technological and process knowledge
• Supporting controlling and administration of projects in development department
• Frequently reports of results and decision items to Head of Development

YOUR SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Materials Processing Engineering, Research Direction: Powder Metallurgy, Metal Pressure Processing, Metal Materials, Ceramic Materials
• Master's degree or above in relevant majors, and outstanding fresh graduates are also welcome
• Master basic materials science knowledge, with a preference for familiarity with metallic materials
• Possess experimental operation skills, and be capable of independently completing sample preparation, data analysis, and report writing
• Familiar with the operation and maintenance of common instruments and equipment (such as FTIR, XRD, scratch tester)
• Strong learning ability, clear logical thinking, cross-departmental collaboration awareness, and ability to handle pressure
• Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing
