職務目的:
半導体製品（IC、メモリー）の製造に用いられる電子材料の研究開発を行います。タイムリーな製品化に貢献できる方を募集しています。
担当業務:
[ラボワーク]
・実験計画に従って電子材料サンプルの調製をします。
・同材料のろ過、ボトリングします。
・化学的特性の評価をします。
[クリーンルームワーク]
・電子材料を実際に基板に塗布します。
・塗布膜や基板の特性を、欠陥評価装置になどを用いて検査します。
[報告・ディスカッション]
・化学的特性や塗布膜特性などの実験結果をとりまとめます。
・チームミーティングで結果を報告し、サンプルの改良点について議論します。
・次の実験計画を決めます。
必要なスキル・資格など
・大学または大学院で化学を専攻された方。
・化学材料の取り扱い経験、もしくは化学ラボでの業務経験をお持ちの方歓迎。
・新製品の開発に強い興味がある方。
・簡単な英語の読み書き。
・チームワークに支障の無い方。
