Job Description

This person can be located anywhere in Florida

  • This is a Florida-based general contractor specializing in commercial and multifamily projects
  • This company is looking for someone to come in with established relationships among developers and investors to support ongoing growth

What is Being Offered:

  • Flexible compensation, OTE $140K-$200K+

What The Position is About:

  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities by calling on multifamily/commercial customers in the assigned territory
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with new customers while building loyalty with existing customers
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and close sales
  • Attend industry events, developer meetings, and networking functions
  • Bid and negotiate contracts or work closely with the Owner on estimating
  • Commit to continuous learning and knowledge of the company’s services and maintain up to date on industry trends and developments that may affect the market

The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • Established relationships with developers and investors in Florida who award multifamily/commercial GC contracts
  • Proven track record of securing construction contracts
  • Experience and comfort in hunting and prospecting for new business
